Dallas resources?

Hi all, we're just starting the hypotonia journey, and I'd love to know if any of you are in Dallas and have suggestions for PT, OT, neuro, etc. My 3-month old was just diagnosed, and we go to the neurologist Wednesday. His seems to be an abnormal case - no feeding issues whatsoever; very cognitively aware, just can't lift his head or legs at all, and arm movements are pretty half-hearted. Does that ring any bells with anyone? He also seems to be choking on his saliva - wondering if that's related also. So glad I found you guys!
