Thanks, Kristy!  So far so good, but apparently we're just entering the worst of it, so fingers crossed!  Hopefully none of our trees will come down and we won't lose power.  I'll keep you updated as I'm able!

Well, one of our trees did come down.  It just did a little bit of damage to our roof and our neighbor's roof, but sadly one of our cars is still under the tree.  Frown  Oh, and it demolished our fence.  But I guess that's what insurance is for, right?  We lost power for about 27 hours, but it just came back on, and we're really hoping it stays on!

All in all, I can't complain considering how many people have lost their homes to fire or flooding.  I'm just glad no one was hurt.  Everything else can be fixed. Smile

Oh no!! I guess it could have been worse for sure. I'm glad you are all safe and that the power has come back on. The pictures of destruction are just awful. :(

They really are.  We have a lot of downed trees and road closures around town, but nothing even close to the destruction in other places.  The pictures are just heartbreaking.   We feel very, very lucky.
