I am voting tomorrow and my lo is only 19 months old so I won't be discussing it with her, but it is a great idea.
I will definitely be voting tomorrow. I have discussed the election a little bit with my boys. You know the crazy thing about this election? This is the last Presidential election my boys won't be old enough to vote in. Crazy, huh?

Kind of hard to discuss the issues with a 19 mo old, isn't it? :) Have you voted yet? If so, how long were the lines?
Oh my goodness, that IS crazy! Man, how time flies...
My boys have been quite interested in the election this year so we have talked about the issues a bit. They know who we want to vote for as President, and we've discussed the local education reform bills as well. Larry and I will go vote tonight and we'll take the boys with us (one will wait on the playground with the boys while the other votes). We may allow the older two to come in the room with us too.
I think letting the older boys come in with you is a great idea. I've done that with my boys also.
I would take the kids in with me when they were younger. This was an exciting one for us and dh and I walked in with our dd and she got to cast her first ballot!! Too bad it did not do any good, but still!!
