I saw this in a magazine and it really made me think.

Motherhood has made me better at... multitasking! Having three very loud kids has taught me how to do more than one thing at a time (and often several things at a time!). If I weren't able to multitask, I don't think I'd get anything done at all.

Motherhood has made me better at...

not sweating the small stuff. I've learned to just not stress about the unimportant things, my life is too busy for that.

Amen to that! Life is too short to sweat the small stuff!

Ohhh, that is a great one. I'm finding this to be the case as well. The older the boys get the more control I have to give up and it is HARD!

That is a good one, Laura! I think the first time it really hit me was when Matthew went to school wearing blue and cream plaid shorts with a green/brown camo shirt. It clashed horribly, but I gave up most control on clothing choices! As long as it's seasonably appropriate, I keep my mouth shut (or try too ;))

I'll have to go with not sweating the small stuff - it's worded much better than what I was thinking! :smileyvery-happy:

LOL Laura, about the hypothermia! Ben thinks coats and jackets are optional most of the year. I about froze Sunday morning because I made the mistake of taking his word that I didn't need a jacket to go to church. Brrrrr!
