How long did you nurse and/or pump?

I need some encouragement! I would love to make it to at least 2 years of nursing but I am so darn tired of pumping at work!! We've made it eleven months so far and the 1-year mark seems like such a tempting stopping point! Anyone here breastfeed for longr than a year? I feel so selfish for wanting to be done :(

First off, you're not selfish at all for wanting to stop at the 1 year mark! One year when you have to pump AND breastfeed is a big committment- you've done a wonderful thing for your baby!
My advice would be to start making up small goals for yourself- try to make it to 13 months, then 14 months, etc. It's much less daunting when you break it up into smaller chunks than if you think about doing it for another whole year.
