Hi Everyone!

I have not been on the boards in awhile! DS is now 4, and we are anxiously awaiting the arrivial of our new little one... this time a girl!

I was wondering if anyone on the board had a suggestion for a good sling carrier? there are so many on the market, but I tried the wrap kind and I didnt really like... too hard to put on if you are uncoordinated like me, and it just didnt feel right to me.

Anyone have any other suggestions for slings? I have an Amazon gift card to spend and have seen some by Balboa Baby, Lucky Baby and another one called Peanut or something... but I am sure there are more. Would love some suggestions by others who have used a non-wrap kind and have some good feedback!

Thanks in advance!! :smileyhappy:

Hi! I loved Mei Tais (like this one: http://www.babyhawk.com) or soft structured carriers (like this one: http://www.olivesandapplesauce.com). The Peanut Shell is a pouch and it's not adjustable. Ring slings (like this one: http://www.sleepingbaby.net) are adjustable.

Other carriers I liked are http://www.angelpack.com/index.php, http://www.becobabycarrier.com/

You really can't go wrong. Depending on your body type, you might have to get longer straps.

Happy shopping and congrats!

Whoops, I missed the Amazon card part. :smileyhappy: Stay FAR away from Infantino and Baby Bjorn! Looking at the site, I suggest Ergo, Maya wrap (it's a ring sling), Beco andFreeHand. Ooh, and look! http://www.amazon.com/The-Peanut-Shell-Adjustable-Sling/dp/B003BOIFE0/ref=sr_1_46?ie=UTF8&qid=1347926170&sr=8-46&keywords=baby+carrier
Peanut Shell comes adjustable!
