I give my DD very very little sugar--special occassions or in watered down juice--and no junk food, but I have noticed if she has cake at a party etc.

How about we share some ideas on some options we have for treats and snacks that won't send out kiddos over the edge.

I need breakfast ideas....We seem to always go with the usual eggs or pancakes..and i don't want him ahve syrup becasue of the obvious sugar effects...and eggs...is it wise to eat them everyday???

I did pick up some yogurt, fresh blue berries, and cottage cheese the other day...so that was a bit of a change..which he liked.
