I agree! DD10 and I have recently been talking about this. One drink with sugar in it a day is plenty. But she gets to pick whenever during the day she'd like to have her sugar drink. It's size it appropriate to her size as well. As her auntie says "we don't drink our calories". :0)

I think this is something to definately watch. I don't drink much apple juice, so for a bit, I'm just going to hold off. Arsenic is a real issue. We have to have all of our water tested where we live, because there is so much in the ground here. Sometimes people go through the trouble of putting in a well and then can't drink the water up here. And from what I've seen of Dr Oz, he's good a lot to loose if he's messing up. Doesn't make sense for him to push something that could be false
