My hands have been so dry this winter!

And it seems like very time I put on some hand lotion, I was my hands shortly thereafter! :(
I am not liking this winter at all - too much snow, too much cold and now too much dry skin!
I know drinking more water will help with that but here are some other ideas if you all are having problems with dry skin too:
Do you have any other good ideas?

If you have problems with dry nasal passages or bloody noses try using saline nasal spray a couple times a day and applying vaseline to your nasal passages (Just on the tip entrance way!)
We bought some cheap liquid soap from Ikea and that makes my hands really dry.
