She Did It!!!!

It did seem like he's jumping the gun a bit, but he didn't have her ACT score, and without that, he can not offer her a spot of the team. NCAA requires a specific score and she didn't have that yet. The coach asked for a new physical and some paperwork before he would set her try out date. DD18 just finished up her physical and will ask her school counselor to fax it over to the coach for her. She took the other paperwork over to him yesterday, so now we wait to hear from him. She was offered a spot on a junior college team, but we really don't feel she needs a junior college, so she's left that option open, but I know she doesn't want to go there. There is also a couple other schools talking with her, but they are all on the East coast. It's so far away and she's not really been away from home much. So for now, her focus is going to the local University. It's a good school, and she is going to college, so....
