I forgot to add, she will head out ot Michigan for a week of my dad's tennis camp, to get her ready for the season. Her last year in tennis (as she is starting Senior year, snif, sniff) starts August 9th. My dad did a little coaching, so he takes her and her friend for a week and runs them through drills and give them some lessons.

This is a busy summer for both of the girls. DD19, turned 19, graduated, and is working on making the college volleyball team. and working a job too. DH and I are wondering if it was such a good idea that we got her a laptop with skype on it. DD19 goes on vacation this week. and we'll join her for the 4th.

DD10 is already on vacation. she went down with her Gma last week and then went to her Uncles and Aunties. THey are dentist and they are going to put a crown on for her. Poor thing has bad teeth already. She's been to two camps already. Gardening and Cooking. They are day camps and she will go to Entreprnuer camp when she gets back from vacation. Then in two weeks school starts back up, so....
Only other big thing going on is that DD19 will get her tonsils out in a couple of weeks. I'm not looking forward to this.

That sounds like a fun summer, Ramona! I hope she loves it. I would have loved to work in a stable and be around horses so much!

No European trips for the kids this summer?

She has been there for 3 years now at the stables. She also just signed up to do a lacrosse camp.

I'm trying to keep my little Famke occupied so her brain doesn't ooze out of her ear.

LOL I guess it's because not too many kids get to spend part of their school break out of the country - at least not that I get to hear about. I'm glad they got to do it but I'm sure they appreciate being home and around friends more too.

Do you homeschool? We do here and I think my kids get a lot more schoolwork over the summer.

How's the garden look?
