I'm new to this board, but I wanted some of ya'lls input. I have a 3 YO daughter, Tori, and she has wide feet. So I'm having to buy her shoes too big, and they still don't fit right. Do any one you know where to buy childrens wide shoes?

Let me think, sometimes Walmart carries wide shoes. Many of the higher priced shoe stores carry wide shoes for children. I would definitely bet J. C. Penneys would carry wide shoes.

Hope that helps and Welcome to the board.

Well my 11 year old has wide feet and I know a lot of times its just finding the wider running shoe ..thats what we do ...

Plus we have noticed our dd is flat footed so will have to look into orthotics for her.. no arch at all to the those feet of hers..lol..

Not sure what specialty shops you all have in the US.. for kids?

Good Luck...

Hi Nicole and welcome to the board. My dd Sarah (now 10) has always had larger feet than most girls, even as a baby. Wal-mart does indeed carry wide shoes in most toddler sizes and some larger sizes. Stride-Right also has wide shoes though they are more expensive. Many shoe stores have the wider sizes, they just don't have a great selection in most. Hopefully you'll find what you are looking for.

Stick around and tell us some more about yourself and Tori.
