I am finally back. 2 things i wanted to say from the march thread. wacoal makes great bras for girls well into the D's. I was a 32DDD but have lost enough weight to squeeze them into a 32D. wacoal bras have so much support. i am afraid that i will have to tuck them into my waistband when i am old if i don't wear the strong supportive ones now.  The other thing is that i make my own all purpose cleaner and have been using it for 3 or 4 years. i love it. it is 6.5 cups of hot water, 2 Tbsp of borax, 2 Tbsp dish soap, 2 Tbsp vinegar and a few drops of whatever essential oil you want. works great, no residue, cuts through everthing.

Good luck with the sewing. Stretchy fabrics can be a challenge! Are you using a ball point needle? It's a little bit duller and won't break the fabric fibers.

Yikes - that does sound like a hectic schedule, Laurie! I hope the weather gets better for you soon.

I need to get new glasses too. Do you wear progressives? I can't bring myself to buy lined bifocals yet the progressives are so freaking expensive.

Yes, Alicia. I am using a ball point needle and a walking foot. I tried to do a rolled hem last night and it was a disaster! i will need to practice more. I am going to try hemming with a twin needle until I get the hang of it.

Yes I got the progressives.Target had a half off lenses deal if you bought the frames. It worked out well, but they were still expensive even with the discount. now i just have to get used to moving my head to find the sweet spot for what i am looking at...

I was living at home still when I got my 1st pair and my mom laughed at me for weeks while I was trying to adjust to them.
