If a book is made into a movie, is the book always better in your eye? Are there any books you'd like to see made into a movie?

I prefer books because there is alot more emotion you get from a book that doesnt always show in the movie, also alot is cut out of books from movies. A good example of this is the Time Travelers Wife, awesome book and the movie was good, but they left so much out i dont think it would have made sense had I not read it before watching the movie. Also I like to use my imagination to picture the characters etc. I would have like twilight more if I had read them before the movies came out.

I think books are always better more details. I just saw a trailer for The Help which comes out in theatres in August.

Yeah I always think the book is better than the movie. BUT, the movie version of PERFUME by Patrick Suskind was excellent. That is the only one that rivals a book. DH actually preferred the movie to the book.
