Well, I did get the sketch done last month. Maybe this month I can do the ad! ;-)
Here are the basics of this challenge: Every month (that I remember to), I will post a sketch and an ad inspiration. The challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to create one or more scrapbook layouts using one or both inspirations. You can follow the inspiration religiously or give it your own creative spin. Same thing with the sketch. I just want to encourage you (and me!) to get some pages done. You don't have to sign up for the challenge or anything, just do it! This is not a contest and there is no prize for winning. We all win by completing a layout or two or more!
Once you have created your layout, post it on the board! It helps if you put sketch or ad inspiration in your title in the "Show Us Your Work" section. Then we can all admire your work. Post a link to this thread as well.
MJ requested that the sketch from Jeanette Lynton's book Imagine be used this month (see attached). I highly recommend both of Jeanette's books, Cherish and Imagine! They provide detailed cutting guides and assembly guides for all the sketches included.
The ad came from the old Just Ad Inspiration site. I'm bummed that it appears to be gone. Well, there is a site with that name, but it is not the same site. Anyway, it's for the Spy Museum in Washington, DC.
Now go be inspired!
