WOOT!  It's Friday!

The fun planned in my neighborhood is that I am going scrapping tomorrow, WOOT, WOOT!

Preview of the weekend today.  Friday is the only day of the week that we do not have to go in early.  Normally by this time I would have already dropped the girls at school and would be heading in to work.  Today, that is still ahead of me.  I better type fast as we will leave soon!  Anyway, I got to "sleep in" this morning.  My alarm went off at the normal time, but I took my time actually waking up.

Normal day at work.  Sarah comes home in the carpool, DH is picking up Emilee.  Leftover soup for supper.  YAY!  That made this morning even less hectic.

After supper, pick out papers for a few more layouts and do a final packing up of my stuff for tomorrow.

Tomorrow is the day that we celebrate as Copper's birthday.  We actually gave her a new toy last night and I will give her an extra can of wet food tonight (and one Monday morning).  Normally I would have just given her the wet food the day of her birthday, but since it is a Saturday, she gets wet food that day anyway.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning! Three out, one little one still sleeping just awake and a little planning time for me.

High of 78 today, with a football game tonight.

Like Becca, my kitties need food, so I am going to run a few errands, and pick up a few gift cards the girls want to give to DH. I got him some Bucky Cat Tees he has been wanting, and a Marvin Martian, though I think Marvin will be late! Practice piano more, tie up a few loose ends around here. May do a little yard work out front.

Pick up N and run her home for a possibly rescheduled guitar lesson, pick up Mira, go watch some of the volleyball scrimages. Home for a tortilla chicken soup or potato soup (not sure which yet), a little tour of the Fall festival? Off to the football game and then a little of the Fall Festival for Natasha. Lots of street bands, vendors, carnival rides...

Saturday is piano, Parade, get Natasha to the high school (Marching Band competition), Fall Festival rides, and some quiet time in the afternoon. Bring Natasha home, celebrate DH's birthday... maybe more Fall festival. We'll see what he wants to do.

Hope to be back here later today to post some things. have a good day everyone!

Good morning ladies.

Sounds like good days for each of you! :smileyhappy:

Karen have fun scrappy planning and packing! :smileyhappy:

I am at work. left my keys at home and after waiting for Jim for a bit went back and got them. which was good cuz he was really late. LOL

I am trying to pick photos for the crop in october. :smileyhappy: Its hard I am mostly caught up! if you can believe it. I won't have much time for scrapping before that so I am going to save the photos I just printed to bring. I figure two full days of scrapping I need at least 20 layouts to do...

Karen/MJ we have looked at and talked about so many hotels that I am lost at this point. Do either of you have a specific preference? if not I will just pick one thats in that jordan creek area and get it booked.

Well during lunch I am running to walmart to get a list of stuff.

tonight dinner and housework and homework and scrappy planning.

Take care and have a wonderful day!

Good morning!! :smileyvery-happy:

Kids at school. Sean wants to stay for after care again, so another whole day to myself. I did work for a small bit this morning and even scrapped a little. Now I'm going to try to squeeze in a run if the weather holds up. Then lunch, and maybe a pedicure?

Not sure if you all saw my post on FB yesterday, but Rosie got accepted into a charter Math & Science academy here in town. I'm picking her up a few minutes early from school so we can go visit today. I think it's a good match for her and it's an excellent school - I'm so excited for her! :smileyvery-happy: She's a little hesitant for change, but this might just be one we decide for her best interest... And since it's a charter, it's still free and they still have bus service, etc. And Sean would have priority for his entering class in two years as well! The only downside I've seen so far is that I would have to get her different uniforms... ugh.

So that's my day.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend!!

Jill thats great that she got into the school! I agree that maybe it would be best. She seems to adapt well and I am sure she will do great! :smileyhappy:

Ha, well I guess I am paying real good attention--I already forgot most of what I read. LOL...Jill, I did read that and that's awesome!

Me--the usual, figuring out inventory and working on new stuff for my shop. Deciding whether I am going to take pics outside--I still have a few that could use retaking and some that need to to be taken.

That's about it, I think. I might be taking a nap today too b/c I just took that medication and I am feeling a bit sleepy already!

Oops. Completely forgot that I had reworked the girl's piano lessons for tonight. Good thing the piano teacher called to cancel. Her youngest may have whooping cough! As soon as she started talking to me I remembered, and was trying to figure out how I was going to make that work when she gave me an out.

Whooping cough? Yikes, Glad you didn't have the lessons earlier in the week either!

Got Tasha home, and confirmed the guitar lesson with the teacher. Logged on to check that my gift for DH will be here... it says will be delivered by 3 p.m., or end of day if residential, however, with many of the surrounding street access to our block being closed at 4 p.m. today through the wee hours Sunday morning. I'm a little concerned that it will get here at all. I do like that I was able to sign up for UPS text notification for either delivery or an exception! off I go to get the other girls!

OH MY GOD! like all we have time to do it continueously watch the same 1.5 hour power point over and over until THEIR site starts working. OY
