What are YOU looking forward to today?
I'm looking foward to getting morning staff meeting over with and going to the restaurant for balcony time.
I'm looking forward to an hour massage this afternoon followed by an adjustment.
I'm looking forward to watching a couple of my girls play volleyball tonight.
and i'm looking forward to having the day off on Thursday and to the vacation I scheduled for the end of October/beginning of November. Yes. Already.
Have a good day~
not really looking forward to anything.
had a superbad horrible awful night.
school today. business law test-supposedly he is the hardest teacher, doesn't give out A's etc....will be interesting to see how the test is. he also gives basically no work on which to be graded.
tonight, homewrok-have a short paper to do for the business law class. he wants us to give our opinion: do the founding fathers deserve the respect they are given or not. and what would we take out of constitution and what would we add......
I gotta finsih getting ready and leave for class.
Geo have a great day.
MJ I LOVE that you are simply ahead for October!
Today I am looking forward to hanging with the group at the botanic center and getting my hands in some soil.
I am looking forward to a nap when I get home. I want the nap first, and I should continue work in my own yard, but this is when I can go consistently so I am going. Not sure if my almost 70 non-MG projects will sway them from my 12 of 40 current MG hours for the October recognition dinner, but I can easily get the remaining 30-ish MG project hours in by the end of the calendar year going on Tuesday mornings. Tired and wanting a nap because I made myself stay up entering all the rest of my MG & Garden volunteer hours, finally. I kept falling asleep in the chair. It wasn't even THAT late when I made it up to bed!
I am looking forward to getting the next two weeks bulletins finished correctly...
and a longer afternoon so I can accomplish that! Mira's pick-up comes first instead of last, then I'll pick up a gaggle of 6 middleschool volleyball players to drop off. Tasha's meeting ends about the same time but she has opted to walk. Huh, wonder why? Hoping to meet her somewhere in themiddle after I've dropped several off as it is going to be 90 here. (Thanks a LOT for sharing that weather Karen - it was NOT on our forecast yesterday!)
Dinner - need something crock-potish.
I have a meeting at church tonight while DH goes to the crew & musical parents meeting.
LOL, I am looking forward to supper as a family. But more on that later.
Julie, enjoy your massage and hold on to the promise of vacation!
Stacy, sorry for the bad night. I hope today goes better.
Michelle, I am sorry about the weather. I take full blame. It wasn't in our forecast either when I planned soup for today. I think that's what tipped the scales.
Even with the hot temps, today is looking better now than I thought it would for most of yesterday! In the original plan I was taking a short lunch, leaving work early to get Sarah for piano, then pick up Emilee at school, drop Emilee at home, drop Sarah at volleyball, go back home to eat quick, take Emilee back to the school, get my haircut, back home, and finally pick up Em from school at 9. But that was the OLD plan. In the NEW plan:
-- piano is canceled. I can take lunch and work a full 8 hours!-- Em is not required to be at one act practice tonight. She had already made arrangements to do her cross country practice early, so we are sticking with that. DH will pick her up at 4:30.-- we will have an early supper AS A FAMILY before Sarah's volleyball practice, yay. Corn and Potato Chowder.-- I'm still getting my hair cut, yay.-- When I get home after that, I am home for the night. YAY!!!!!
Would like to figure out papers for a couple more layouts. I did two last night. Everything is pretty much packed up, though it occurred to me this morning I might need a heart punch or two and maybe some sewing stuff.
NOW I am looking forward to going to Des Moines to scrap with MJ and Karen!!!!!!!!
Business test went good. I hope I did ok.
Had lunch with my honey which was a surprise.
