Good morning!Strategic planning meeting from 9am-2pm today. Someone shoot me. LOL.Hope everyone is less bored than I will be.
THe first day of school went without a hitch.
I mowed the lawn last night, I finished right before the rain set in. yay.
Today, everyone is at school.
I am getting a pedi at 10. I cannot wait.
The rest of the day I am going to do some laundry, and spend time in my scraproom.
That is it for now.
I am at the office! It feels like forever since I have been here, especially in the morning. Even though I was here on Thursday in the morning. Except for that day, it has been over a week though.
Girls are at school! First day went well. I took some pictures but won't have time to upload them until after supper.
I will be working until about 3:15 and then going to pick up the girls for their piano lessons. Not sure what I will do during that time. I didn't bring my Archiver's coupon.
Home for supper, then take Em to cross-country practice. Hmmm, more time to kill.
I need to go to Sam's some time, but it is not really convenient to piano. More so to cross country (which is at a different location tonight). I might do that at lunch; I need to go somewhere as I didn't bring lunch with me.
Stacy, good luck with your list. Sounds like you are making good progress already.
Missy, enjoy your pedi!
Jill, hope the meeting is not too mind-numbing.
Everyone else, have a great day!
Karen, I hope your day is productive with no additional interruptions! I deleted my A's coupons without looking!
Missy, I wish I was getting a pedicure too. aaah that would be lovely.
Today the girls managed to get up with their alarms, though DH and I did not! His sister stayed here last night as she had an early flight - he took her to the airport then went back to sleep so I have no excuse but I am still worn down from recent migraines and my joints are not happy (typical for August). I need to work on this though, as I am going to be following a Karen-esque early schedule this fall. Oy.
I have still accomplished a lot already, including taking 22# of zucchini to the food pantry. I have at least that much still in my kitchen and more in the garden!
Going to mow and trim the front yard, then empty the girls shelves and wash their (some) walls. Rheumatologist appointment this afternoon, drop off clothes at Goodwill, take Natasha for her Marching Band uniform tonight (and pay more fees, sigh), then Lay ministry meeting - I ought to read the minutes & notes ahead of time too. Ought to have time this afternoon for that.
