Binder Recommendations?

Hi! I've been hunting all over to buy a binding machine and realized I should just come here and ask all you scrappers!

I want one that will do 12x12 but also mini-albums -- I also don't want to lay out big bucks due to it being the holidays. What do you all think of the Zutter Bind it All? I had the 7 Gypsies binder recommended to me too but that only does smaller albums. Someone else recommended a punch binder (mybinding, I think? I can't remember, I saved the link) but it does only plastic combs. I'd prefer wire binding so the user can fold it flat. Any recommendations?
