Some of us are driving, some of us are planning to fly in. None of us will be carting enough groceries from home for the entire weekend, and some of you avoiding packing heavy trimmers, scissors, etc. so you can get through airline sceurity without problems.

aaaah, I misunderstood about the detergent, but that should be fine. Spraying febreeze will make me ill, and strong cleaners in conference rooms, restaurant bathrooms, carpet cleaners...
I'd volunteer to coordinate meal schedules/grocery shopping if needed! :)

Meal-wise, I sure don't mind crockpot meals. I've only cooked them a few times but they were tasty! I am all for cooking desserts--I do love baking!
Cool about the linens...I may bring my pillows though b/c I am funny about needing 2-3 to sleep with.
Scrappy Supplies--You all know (or I think you do) that I do have a Cuttlebug and a Slice. I also have a Big Shot Express-that thing is HEAVY, so I am not sure if I'll bring it. I also do have a few alphabet sets too, and I'd be happy to cut some for anyone. Hopefully by then my Slice will be working properly. Silly thing won't cut right, but I did plan on bringing it with, and all the cards I have, which don't take up much space at all.
Just a suggestion, but perhaps we could do a swap type thing...I am sure I'll have things I don't think I'll use and maybe you guys will too. Maybe we can have a little spot where we could put supplies up for grabs. For those of you flying,driving pretty far, let me know if you want me to bring extra scissors or other supplies or something!
I have a crockpot if needed! I have a popcorn popper too, if we want some popcorn! :)
I'll do whatever the group agrees on, but I'd be just as happy getting a loaf of bread, some cold cuts and cheese, and some fresh fruit and veggies and just keeping meals very simple.
breakfast, quiches, fruits muffins, etc.
I will have tons of space and have the shortest drive. I would be happy to bring alot of that type of stuff. :)
Maybe we should start questionaire: what is your favorite 2 drinks, snacks, candies, breakfast items, lunch, dinner etc....
