Hello--

I have never posted on this board before, but I am looking to start a school days scrapbook for my 1st grade daughter. I am looking for a nice 12x12 post bound album that is really special so that I can do her K-12 school years in it. Anyone know where to fina really nice album like this? Thanks in advance for any tips.

CM has a really neat set of pages, but they aren't post bound.

Sorry I don't have any others to point you to.

Do you have Hobby Lobby stores where you are? I was there tonight and saw a nice 12 x 12 postbound album by Havoc Publishing that was a school theme.

What I did was just buy albums that my DDs liked for their school albums. My oldest has a K & Co. Romanza album--she's a girlie girl, pink is her favorite color. I tried to find an all pink album but just wasn't finding anything. DD is thrilled to have her picture and name on the front.

My youngest has a Kathy Davis Garden album. She's fascinated with nature and green is her favorite color. LOL, the only thing that disappointed her when her album arrived (I ordered it online) was that it did not come with finished layouts of her in it.

Any album that you do will be special to your daughter. I would just pick a good quality album and get started.

Good luck and welcome to the board!

I'm with VHutson.... I REALLY like the CM pages. That way you can choose an album in a color that suits your daughter... CM offers some really neat hints with the pages. It's worth looking in to. And CM albums are expandable, just not post bound.
