First time twin Mom Siggie please

Hi:

I've tried to make my own siggie in scrapblog and am not having much luck. The link to my page is in the bottom of this email. I would so like to have a siggie using the attached photo and would be most grateful to anyone who could make it for me.

My sons' names are: Franklin and Callan, DOB 7-21-10

I am open to anything you might do and would greatly appreciate any assistance provided.
