Here's how the offers work for makers:

Each maker can have 2 offer threads running at any one time. If you want to make another offer and you have 2 going already, edit out one of the offers so that only 2 are open.

To edit out your offer, go to the first post of your thread - where you made the offer, and click on "edit" at the bottom of the post. Then replace your offer with something like "this offer is now closed". It's important that this is done in the *first* post - not all requesters will read through a thread to make sure the offer is still available. Putting the closed sign in the first post takes out any doubt. :o)

Feel free to set a time limit - eg open until Friday - or a number limit - eg the first 5 requesters. You don't need to set a time/number limit if you don't want to.

When your time limit or number limit is reached, please close the offer by editing out your first post. That way that offer will drop down and off the front of the board.

One important thing - please reply to each individual requester in a post *to them*. Don't put all the made siggies in one post. Your requesters might not come back and check to see if the siggy is made unless they get an e-mail notification. They will only get that notification if you reply to them personally - use the drop down box to choose their name, if necessary.

Don't get stressed about making these - everyone understands that sometimes life gets in the way so, if you can't do them, no worries.

The most important thing is to have fun. :o)
