Ok, make sure you used both layers of lights and then alternate them in the animation window.

What I always do is use the layer with an odd number as the odd number in the animation. For example. If layer 1 is lights and layer 2 are my other lights. I use layer 1 for frames 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. And I use layer 2 for all the even numbered frames, 2, 4, 6, 8. Does that make sense?

You have to make sure you opened both PNG files because they are different. You can't just use one of them twice. Does that make sense?

What speed do you have it on? If you post it I can probably suggest how to fix it.

Oh and when you only have one text layer, you can get by with 2 frames at .1 sec each. First frame will be Layer 1 of the lights and the Second frame will be Layer 2 of lights. :)

There is definitely a little extra blinkie blink in there somewhere..not sure what it is but it looks fine!

When I do 3 text layers this is what it ends up looking like

12 frames

.15 seconds each

4 frames of each text in a row

then alternate the blinkie lights
