Did you save the blinkie lights? You will need to save those to a folder where you can find them and then open 150x50 1 and 150x50 2
those are your blinkie lights then you click on each canvas go to Edit> stroke (make sure the outside bubble is selected) choose the color you want your storke to be (leave it at 1 px) and click okay and your blinkie lights will have the coloring.
Do you have photo shop open before you open the blinkie lights?
I know that sometimes your computer could designate certain programs to open different types of image extensions. So if you open Photoshop first then go to File>open > (find the folder where you put the blinkie lights)
If Beth's suggestion doesnt work, you can click on the bottom of the tool bar and it will return you to photoshop...hopefully it will bring the lights!
Yea I open a 150/25 and then I drag both sets of lights (after they have been stroked with the same color) onto that 150/25 canvas. Is that what you mean? So then I have a background, layer 1 and layer 2. Layer 1 and 32 are my "lights". I think add text layers and any other color or graphic layers.

So, I get stuck after I resize it to 150 x 50. I don't have two canvases. The Edit>Stroke is not highlighted.
Can you help?

When you have all your layers you choose the image ready button at the bottom of your tool bar and it opens them in image ready. :)
If you have CS2 you can do the animation in the Photoshop without opening IR but I prefer IR.
do you put the lights on the on the background on the new layer
