What I did, is see some special effect and then look up a tutorial for it... that's just my way of learning things, learn when you need it. I know some people prefer to get to know a program first, but I thought just to share what I did.

LOL That's pretty much my web design schooling as well-if I see it and like it, I copy it and modify it!
BTW, I finally moved the November 2002 website over to my Cable One ftp space-I've had it with the Web Builder and the Front Page issues.
I use Arrowhost dot n.... I pay I think, like, $8/mo for my hosting, but they recently did away with the monthly billing option so you'd have to pay Yearly/Bi-yearly but overall it costs less.
