Some people offer free tubes. If I wanted one do you just right click and save or is it best to download. Most are small zip files. Does it change the tube if you use the right click method? Thanks

My DH usually scans any zip files he gets before he opens it. But I never thought of doing this with stuff for PSP.

So I take it that you won't get a virus from the zipped file itself, before opening it??

I am NOT enough of an expert of computers to safely answer this!

That's a good tip about running a virus scan on tubes first-I never thought of that!

Karen:

I'd say 99% of them are .zip files and all you have to do is click and it'll bring up a "save" dialog box -- and you can save it to where you want. I don't believe right-clicking on zip files will work, but not 100% sure about that.

SOME sites might tell you to 'right click and save' -- these are usually .psp files -- and not a zipped file.

Also, fyi, I download ALL (zip or psp) into one folder, then run virus scan on it before touching it. So far, so good -- not one problem, but I'm not assuming anything ... I like to play it safe!!

Be warned --- it's addicting! lol.
