Today, Dec. 28, marks the on-sale date of Alison Sweeney's (Sami, DAYS) new book, The Mommy Diet. "Oh, my gosh, I’m so excited for people to read it," she enthuses. "Every person who's read it, in their comments, has been really positive. I'm excited to get fans' reactions to it. I worked really hard on it, and I’m really proud of it.
