When I first started , I never set a goal. I just wanted the

pounds to drop. I realized I was not working out enough. My swh even told me so when I started walking.

Now I make sure I do the goals steps at a time and make sure not to overwhelm myself.

Not to overdo them so I do not feel frustrated or too tired. I do not want to be overloaded then I would

give up. When I did drop my pounds and have my appt with the doctor, he would ask me how long

I am doing the workouts, They did not seem too much or he would have told me to slow down.

Now I feel what I do is fine, since my tests are good.

Yes once I started that small ones at a time, it worked out better. My neighbors still prefer the all at once routine probably helps them too Hugs.
