D) 3 egg whites, broccoli

Snack) blueberries

Wow..that looks super boring..lol!!

Saturday:  Golfed nine holes.....  Ate well.

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat w/ banana.

Lunch: Scrambled egges, yogurt.

Dinner: Tomato soup.

Snacks: Apple sauce, jello.

oatmeal, boiled eggs, croissant, veggie soup, tuna,cucumber,rice turkey , banana, peach, chocolate cake, icecream,chips, nuts
