Wednesday, August 29.........

B) apple, 2 egg whites

L) very small steak, cabbage

D) tiny bit larger steak, cabbage

Snack) more cabbage

Talked to doctor this morning and he took me off fruits for a week to speed me on my way towards my goal. I haven't been losing as much lately and am in a stall now. This should work!

Talked to doctor this morning and he took me off fruits for a week to speed me on my way towards my goal. I haven't been losing as much lately and am in a stall now. This should work!     All fruits? You cannot have a tiny bit? oh ok...hmmm. stall ? but you have been losing .  good meals

     oatmeal,kaiser roll, moz cheese, lunchmeat, just barley,pasta, chicken, tomato, bean soup, banana, peach, chips,nuts.

Yes, off all fruits as they're too high in carbs, even the low carb ones. I've been eating too much and was going to take myself off of blackberries and blueberries, but he said to get off all fruits for a week. Good idea! They're too sweet and I was struggling with wanting to eat too much of them pushing my calorie count too high.

Yes, I'm in a stall. I lost at the beginning of the week, my week begins on Wednesdays. When I'm at the same weight for 4 or 5 days, I do something different to get out of a stall.  Thanks.

Your foods look good. Bean soup jumped out at me, sounds good!

I eat fruits , but do not eat them in all the quantities.

Great day for you Donna.  It doesn't seem like you are in a stall with another loss this week?  Any way, you can do it without the fruit and I know you will.  Best luck as always:smileyhappy:

 Great menu for you Aillen.  Bean soup, yummmm.   I'm making soup next week after the labor day weekend.

Wednesday:  I wouldn't say I'm out of my slump; but, I did do better.  It was a struggle not to eat more...  I did get lots of exercise though:smileyhappy:

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ berries.

Lunch: Tuna/avocado sandwich.

Dinner: Salmon, sweet potato, garden salad.

Snacks: Two bananas, nuts/raisins, choc covered marshmallow.
