Good ones Aileen!  I've been eating a lot of eggs lately.  Great protein and easy to digest too...
Ministrone soup looks good.  Don't want to wish summer away; but, I sure do love soups in the Fall/Winter:smileyhappy:

Sunday:  Pretty good day for exercise and eating.  I caved at the end of the day though(with sweets).  It may be time for another sugar detox month.

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ berries.

Lunch: Apple, two Mini Babybel cheese snacks.

Dinner: Small pc of steak, baked potato, corn on the cob.

Snacks: Sm ice cream cone, two handfuls of M&M's :smileysad:

It does look like you're starting to get out of control with sugar again. If you stop right now, today, and get started on detoxing from it, it should only take you about two weeks. Don't let it get any worse for you know how it makes you feel, you know how enslaved it can make you, you know it's unhealthy and you know how hard it is to get rid of it!! You can do this, I know you can!! {{{hugs}}}
