Do you have a favorite cook book?

I'm sure there are healthier ones out there than my favorite which is 'How to Cook Everything' by Mark Bittman - which really doesn't have everything but it has a lot! And, I just heard Rachel Rae has a 365 recipe book. I like variety and a lot of what she cooks looks good.

I have several cookbooks I use,
However the majority at least in winter are Crockpot cookbooks.
I love my cP & Have to use it often :)
iVillage has some favorite cookbooks to give you some good ideas for presents for some of your favorite cooks too :)

No on having favorite cook books.
I seem to pull ideas from anyplace...magazines, tv, etc.
