to get a heavier hulahoop now . My treadmill neighbor sure surprised me. She got one from a neighbor who is moving and is getting rid of things. She does up to 3 minutes using it and likes it. I tried it and it feels like metal pipe hoop. When it accidentally hits my elbow, it clinks. It is ok for me since I do the hulahoop anyway, but she said her stomach is hurting and she can feel it more.
If or when my other neighbor is going to order , she wants one and me and another neighbor wants one of each too.

Yes when I tried the heavier hulahoop , it was fine. I was worried that my neighbor wanted to use it considering her history of bad back and sciatic conditions. Maybe it will help her.
