Hi N2...lots of sitting?

There are sitting workouts , if one cannot get up too often.

I can look up some for you, if you are interested.

You can do some in the meantime. It will work

I have a sitting job too. It's hard to sit for 8 hours! But I can get up and walk around or stand occassionally and I only work 3 days a week.

Can you walk before or after work?

I pretty much need a schedule at home, otherwise I tend to get distracted and then frustrated because I don't think I accomplished anything.

My training will end and my work schedule is expected to start on the 10th.

Hope you can find them helpful for you.
