Monday.....

Made it another skimpy day as tomorrow night I must reach my goal!!

B) apple

L) D) Snack) small amounts of steak

Today's the last day of this stuff!! Until after Christmas week when I'll have to get off what I'll gain from all the parties and Cmas celebrations that is!! Then it begins again..groannn!! It never ends!

YaY on today being the last day of your food jail!
I wouldn't even think about how you have to go back after Christmas .. enjoy it starting tomorrow

I come here when I can. good meals for you Donna. oatmeal cheese slices on bread rice, tofu, hot spice ground pork, banana, grapefruit, turnover, chips, crackers

I DID IT!!! Tonight I reached my TOPS weightloss goal. Actually weighed in at 2.2 lbs under goal!! I was so excited that my heart was pounding, I was shaking and teary!! Very emotional moment when I got on that scale!! Thank you for your support through all of this!!

I was also the biggest loser for the week with a 5.8 lb loss!! Wow!! Had no idea I had lost that much in one week!! We all brought a dish of food to share and it was so great to be eating different foods again!! I'm going to enjoy all the foods throughout the Christmas celebrations we'll be going to through the rest of this week and next week. Then I'll be hitting the diet foods heavy again after that to undo the damage before going back to TOPS on Jan. 8th!!

You gals menus look good!! I thought of both of you tonight as I ate two small pieces of cheese on crackers..lol!! Someone brought pretzel chips, too, so I got to see what they tasted like! Everything was so good!! I brought hummus and pita pieces from a local restaurant and a few people asked me where I got it as they really liked it too. Fun and exciting time!!

Now maintence begins...I know I can do this too...after Christmas week!! lol

YaY on you being under your goal weight Donna!
And the biggest loser as well.
You must have been floating all evening & just so pleased as you should be.
Can imagine the emotional ness of it all as well.
So glad you were able to enjoy some tasty foods too!
So yes what do you think of those pretzel chips .. yummy, LOL
Definitely good timing on enjoying the holiday now with eating (portions/moderation) of course.

Hugs...I know!! I was totally blown away that I had lost that much in a week!! Hard work pays off...big time!!

The pretzel chips were good. There were regular ones and a spicy one or something like that. I had the regular one and it just tasted like pretzels. Good, but I like chips better though.

Hugs...Menu looks good!! I had a similar dinner today. I also have my veggie soup thawing out in the fridge too!! It's soup time again at last!! lol

Wednesday....

B) apple, cookie

L) restaurant...½ eggplant parmigiana, ½ penne & marinara sauce, Italian bread and real butter!! Oh..My..Goodness..So..Good!!!

D) other ½ of lunch minus the bread & butter

Snack) protein bar, peanut butter

Will have to face the scale in the morning!! Then it's back to the diet grind until Saturday.
