Monday.....

Made it another skimpy day as tomorrow night I must reach my goal!!

B) apple

L) D) Snack) small amounts of steak

Today's the last day of this stuff!! Until after Christmas week when I'll have to get off what I'll gain from all the parties and Cmas celebrations that is!! Then it begins again..groannn!! It never ends!

Aileen..Glad you're back!! Missed seeing your interesting menus!! Still looks good as always! You and Hugs are both eating cheese! I miss it and will be able to eat some soon too!

Your Saturday and Sunday look pretty 'cheesy'..lol!
I was thinking recently of how I miss cheese.
BLT sure sounds good!!

My Sunday....

B) 2 egg whites

L) tsp peanut butter, apple

D) tbsp peanut butter, apple (was tired and didn't feel like cooking)

Snack) none

This morning I was 1.2 lbs under goal. I need to lose about two more pounds by Tuesday morning to make goal at TOPS. I think I can do it!
