Getting into the December frenzy of being extra busy and going here and there where food is involved.
How is everyone doing??
At least we're getting in extra walking with the Christmas shopping!!
We must keep drinking our water too!!

Well, I'm eating really light anyway. Still have to get 2.6 lbs off by Tuesday night.
The steak was only for one day. It works well! I've learned about doing that with other diet plans too.
Oh, yes, I am going to bed hungry tonight for sure!! It's worth it though!

I hit a plateau and it couldn't have hit at a worst time!!
So..all I ate today to break this plateau was.....
Friday....
B) apple
L) steak
D) steak
Snack) steak
All really small pieces of steak.
Friday ~
a good day for me
s .. tom juice, string cheese & 2 pieces of salami
l .. beer/cheese soup
d .. LO mexican cheese soup
LOL & yes on the salami & cheese ::blush::
Hungry day but least I didn't have any kind of chips so that was good.
Love liverwurst, yummy!

Makes me remember a liverwurst that I bought at Target I think, back in the olden days when I could eat..lol! It was a brand that was much lower in fats and tasted totally like any other liverwurst. So good!! I'll have to look for it again after I get out of food jail!! lol

Yes, I have; but that usually happens after I've had a gain the week before.
However that being said .. do NOT starve your self as you know that is not healthy :) <<<
