Monday ~

Am drinking tons of water today .. not enough while I was gone

s .. tom juice with ww string cheese
l .. soup with few pretzel crisps
d .. salad & LO ham slices

My Monday....

B) apple

L) peanut butter

D) 2 veggie sausage patties, green beans, small amount of plain ww pasta

Snack) sugar free pudding

Going to force myself to not eat anymore peanut butter tonight!!

Hello girls.  Hugs, keep that water going and everything will fall back in place now that you are home.  Donna, you had just PB for lunch, like out of the jar? LOL  too funny....   Hope your weigh in goes well tonight.

Everything is good here.  When we are skiing, I don't have scales to check myself.  So, I tend to be extra careful and usually have lost a bit of weight by Monday.  Monday is my day off from exercise and I only do yoga for stretching. Sometimes, I overdo the sugar; but, this week wasn't too bad.

Anyway, I'm in my goal range. 123 this morning.  Happy with that......... Drinking a lot of water and not snacking much at all.

Monday:

Breakfast: Cream of wheat w/ berries.

Lunch: Egg/avacado on toast w/ hot  sauce, sm bowl popcorners.

Dinner: HM Seafood Chowder, small bowl of ice cream.

Snacks: Two tiny pcs of 88% dark chocolate.

Making Beef Stew for tonight and salad.  Looks like a soup/salad kind of week......  Craving lentil soup.  Hmmmmm.......

Even though DH and I exercise and eat a fairly clean/whole food diet, as we get older, it's a constant struggle. It seems, one wrong move and we gain weight, ugh!! I remember when I could eat anything and not gain weight. It's hard!! But, worth it............ Lets make a list of Ultra Healthy choices. Maybe we can all get some ideas......... I'll start: Avacado

It is because as we get older it is harder Julie,

Congrats for being at your goal range Julie,
I know you'll do your best to stay there too!

That seafood chowder sounds excellent .. hard to make?
Between your stew & soups if you make more will be just fine.
