Wow..Can you believe we're going into February already?!!

Let's all keep on track and also hope some more friends join us too!

We'll have to watch out for those Valentine candies!! Surprised

Ut..Oh..I think Hugs is losing her mind!! She suggested that I get rid of my peanut butter!! HA!! HA!! HA!! Silly Hugs!! LOL

Julie..Your menu looks great and no sugar either!!

Hugs..Your menu looks great too, better than "so-so"!! Yum on that new soup you'll be making!!

I'm doing okay today and will be a good menu if I can make it through watching movies tonight without eating too much!!

Friday....

B) 1 egg whites, apple

L) Olive Garden...small salad, minestrone soup, that's all.

D) left over ½ chicken shawarma wrap & ½ homemade lite cole slaw

Snack) peanut butter <blush>, and will have some homemade veggie soup during the movie

Lots of water, some exercise and the weekend is looking like a success so far for all of us! :)

I'll start a new menu thread later tonight.

Friday ~
eh .. so/so day

s .. tomato juice w/ 2 pieces of bacon
l .. taco soup
s .. rest of tuna no bread with a few pretzel crisps
d .. finished taco soup & had 2 small hersey's dark chocolate

Going to make beer/cheese soup this weekend :)

Hope you all have a happy and healthy weekend:)  Stay on track and easy on the portions!  Oh, and drink that Water too...... 

Thursday: 

Breakfast: Grapefruit, small bowl cereal.

Lunch:  Tuna sandwich.

Dinner:  Boiled chicken, bit of mashed potato, carrots/peas.

Snacks: Grapes, few cashews.

Yippee!! I'm back in the good menus group!! lol

Hugs..your menu sounds good, especially taco soup!!

I got my groove back finally! Good menu for me today, Thursday....

B) apple, 1 egg whites

L) 2 chicken tenderloins, broccoli

D) restaurant...½ chicken shawarma, ½ lite cole slaw

Snack) homemade veggie soup

NO PEANUT BUTTER..WOOHOO!!! LOL

Yes, Hugs is right, smaller portions for everyone and good maintenance!! I'm thinking of nice small portions of Aileen's meatloaf..lol! Nice meatloaf sandwich on yummy Rudi's gluten free bread!! Just started using that gf bread and it's really good! When I got off track, the aches and pains came back and the feet & ankles started to swell again. Going gluten free, dairy free and sugar free again at home to reduce inflammation!! I will eat some of these things in moderation in restaurants only.

So, today was a better day, not great, but definitely better.

B) orange, 1 egg whites

L) Rudi's gf tortilla, 2 Morningstar sausage patties, mustard

D) 2 chicken tenderloins, small bit of plain sweet potato, broccoli

Snack) peanut butter, apple, soup

Yes, I finally got my soup made!!

The only not great part of my menu today was too much peanut butter. Now that my soup is made, though, I'll be living on that stuff and cutting out peanut butter!!
