Hugs:  I really don't understand why they did whatever they did to mess up Ivillage?  It worked fine before.  Now it's so frustrating!

Anyway, you are doing great with your menu!  I'm going to make Tuna salad soon:)

I've been making soups like crazy!  My husband is very active and he is extremely consistant with his healthy eating.  I wish I were that good!  He loves all the veggies, beans, and different spices in the soups......

OK, this is my last post because everything takes so long here, grrrrrrrrr..  Every time I post it takes me to the end and then I have to go back or redo how many posts per page.  FRUSTRATING IVILLAGE!!  I can think of a few other names for ivillage right now, LOL......

Monday:

Breakfast:  Oatmeal, fresh fruit.

Lunch: HM LO soup, few popcorners, pudding.

Dinner: New HM soup, salad.

Snacks: Grapes, one pc candy.

Julie...Hopefully you won't have to stay away too long. We do understand, though, and of course will miss you LOTS!!

IV did not renew their Lithium server. One reason was because when a technical problem would come up, they had to present it to Lithium and wait for their approval before the problem could be fixed. That took weeks sometimes. At least that is the "excuse" they gave us, sounds like a balogna story to me. They felt they could control things better if they took the website in house and do it themselves. My thinking is that they don't employ enough techs to handle the load and they took it in house to save money.

The slowness of pages loading now, they say, is due to a large script running that is deleting old data...tons and tons of data. They should be running that script on a separate server leaving other servers free to be able to handle other problems. They aren't saying whether they have more than one server. If not, their server is not large enough to handle this much work load. They also don't tell us how many techs they employ. I'm thinking one, but that's just a guess based on current actions or lack of actions. And so we beg and plead for information and fixes to be made and we wait...and wait...and wait some more. :(

Anyway...I haven't really begun a good diet maintenance program yet. I get started and then get side tracked and off plan again. I'm getting closer, though, and will get there. Actually, I'll have to do it now so I can get back into my leeway in the next two weeks to maintain my KOPS status. I can do it.

You are doing great, really good menu!! So is Hugs and Aileen. I'm the only screw up here and that is about to change!! :)
