Oopsie..I thought about doing this late last night and then forgot.
So, what will 2013 bring us in our quest to continue with our healthy eating and exercise? What yummy foods will wbe find now and then to change things up a bit? I changed mine up a little bit today by adding a Light Laughing Cow cheese wedge to my broccoli. I hadn't had one of those in a very long time. Some of the things that you gals mention in your menus give me ideas too. So nice to be able to come here and talk to y'all every day about our health and fitness journeys!
With our little group all at or near maintenance, I hope it doesn't keep others from joining us if they need to lose more. You've been so supportive of me with the huge amount of weight I lost last year. I am very thankful for your support, friendship, ideas and kindness!
