Well, Hugs, I was just determined to get in here no matter how many times I had to log in. Can't help it, I just like it here even with all the problems!! No place is as good as IV.

Pizza sure sounds good!! As long as you don't go crazy and eat half the pie, you'll probably be okay. So, when your dh returns, you can get back on the better stuff again. In the meantime, don't go too crazy and enjoy it!! :)

I only lost 2.6 lbs tonight. ::sigh:: I expected to lose 4 lbs as that's what showed on my scale. I have 6 lbs to lose now by next Tuesday night!! Honestly, I'll be surprised if it really happens. That's an awful lot to lose in one week at this point. I'll give it my best shot!! I was the biggest loser again tonight too though.

Tuesday....

B) 2 egg whites

L) tilapia, broccoli

D) chicken, broccoli

Snack) protein bar

Julie...You, me and Hugs are the only ones posting here now and have been for a long time. Before you returned, it was just me and Hugs. Diana returned once not long ago, but we haven't seen her back again. So, we skip the top folder and just post here and in Random Thoughts in the fun and games folder below. A lot of the boards are in the same sad situation. IV has decided to ruin our boards I guess. Cry We loyal ones are hanging in here hoping one day they will care about us again.

BTW...My last post from last night is out of order now because I went in and did an edit on it.

Julie..I think you're right, I know I lost more than 2.6 lbs!! It was just a fluke that the scale at TOPS didn't record it right. I am really working extra hard to get these last few lbs off this week. DH and I walked the indoor mall today being that it's too cold out this week for outdoor walking and we'll continue doing this every day except for Sunday when we won't have time. Doing some extra starving with even smaller portions and will do a mini steak day tomorrow, too, to ward off a stall. Using all the tricks I know this week!!

Your menu was okay, not great as you said, but not too bad. Cabbage casserole sounds good, I love cabbage.

My Wednesday....

As for me........  I went from not too bad to not so good at all:(  Oh, well.  New day to do better!  I did ride my bike inside 30 min....

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Chia/hemp mix.

Lunch: Big salad.

Dinner: Cold cereal, pc toast w/ pb & J, mini ice cream bar, small bowl of ice cream.

Snacks: Raw nuts, turkey jerky.

Julie..Sometimes we just have to give in to our desires. You're right, tomorrow is a new day! You're doing great!

I'm staying strong..we walked the mall again today..very hungry....

Thursday....

I forgot I wanted to make this a steak day, will do that tomorrow.

Great day for you Donna!  Love that you are walking as well....  Good luck with the steak day!

I'm dreaming of warm days on the golf course but all I see is snow.......

So, Thursday didn't go so well here.  Maybe I needed one more day to get it all out of my system.  Feeling much more motivated today:)  craving fish for some reason??  I'm thinking tuna, haddock, and salmon.

Breakfast: Chia/hemp mixture.

Lunch: Fish sandwich, milkshake.

Dinner: Haddock, veggie stir fry.

Snacks: Turkey Jerky, more ice cream:(  and a couple pcs of dark choc.

Julie...Hope you get to see that golf course, sans snow, very soon! Today we'll walk the mall again and then go bday gifts shopping for my dd1 & dgd. That should be enough exercise for us for today.

I was craving fish, too, and have been eating tilapia for days. I buy large batches at Sams and cook them up all at once in the oven with spices. DH gets one full sized one then I eat the smaller half of each one for lunch and it's larger other half for dinner. Feeds me for several days with a quick warm up when I'm doing the weightloss thing.

Julie..get rid of the ice cream and I don't mean eat it all. ;)

Have not had a great week but that's how it goes <g>
Although Thursday & today have been better so we'll see.
