Hugs:  you are dong great!  


Donna:  Nice work!  Good that you didn't get that lamb.  It doesn't go well with egg whites, haha..


Friday:  Good day and went for a long swim.  Went to bed hungry....


Breakfast: Banana.


lunch: Big salad.


Dinner:  Boiled chicken, corn, baked potato.


Snacks: Raw nuts.

Julie...Ha..Ha..Silly girl!! The lamb roasts, was going to buy two of them, would have stayed in the freezer until I got sprung from food jail!! lol

Hey, that's looking like some serious diet stuff going on!! Good for you, good menu!! The scale should show a difference after a day like that!

My Saturday....

B) cutie, 2 egg whites (yea, I know..lol)

L) apple, tilapia

D) tilapia, broccoli

Snack) apple

Donna:  staying strong!  Will look forward to your weigh in Tuesday.  Then on to that last week for you.... Until maintenance time:)
Saturday here:  got it!  Good food, small portions, and exercise.  Will step on the scales tomorrow.  Hoping I will be under 125. 
Breakfast: banana.
Lunch: Yogurt, an orange.
Dinner: Sword fish, rice, salad.
Snacks: Beef jerky.

Not too bad for your Saturday Donna,
Mine was ok except for the burger & fries from Mickey D's ::blush::

Hi gals!! Hugs, hope you've warmed up by now! I've had one of those can't get warm enough kind of days too. Since we got home after lunch out, I've had the heat up to 75º all day and dressed in tank top, tee shirt, sweatshirt and corduroy shirt jacket!! Feeling warm enough right now..lol!!

Mickey D's and fries? LOL! Bet it didn't make a bit of difference on the scale! You didn't eat much today, looks okay though.

Julie..Your menu looks great!! Good luck with that scale!

My Sunday..another good one....

L) 1/4 of dh's almond chicken dish, no rice, 2 plain mandu

Kind of warm now but oh the rains ::sigh::

Looks like both you & Julie did well (today for you & hoping for Julie)

Hi Donna and Hugs:  Looks like you two are doing well.  Imagine that, all of us on track at the same time!

Sunday:  Had another good day of healthy eating and exercise.  Struggled as usual with wanting more carbs....   I'm at 124 this morning.  Glad to be under 125; but, was hoping for 123.  Onward!

Breakfast: Sm Pc LO pizza(nephews), banana.

Lunch: Yogurt, an orange.

Dinner: Veggie burger, banana.

Snacks: Turkey jerky.

Hugs..Darned IV is right!! Well, it was a good menu as usual though.

Julie..Yes, so nice when we're all on track together!! Congrats on that lb lost!! Your menu looks good and hopefully those bananas will help curb your want of more carbs without turning to sugar being that they are high carb fruits. Your menu looks good again!

Ackkk..you gals, I am wanting to eat SO BAD!!! I don't mean that I want to eat a lot and I don't mean I want to eat junk foods, I just want to eat foods that I really want and are still on a maintenance plan. Soon..working on that patience thing..lol!

We're going out to dinner Fri. & Sat. nights for family bday parties and I CAN'T EAT!! I'll be taking my own foods with me. Probably won't go to our favorite Chinese restaurant after church Sunday either. My March 26th deadline is creeping up on me fast!! I can do this, I will do this!!
