Friday....

B) apple

L) D) Snack)...little bitty mini steaks

We walked the mall again after shopping.
Looking forward to seeing the scale go down tomorrow.

Hugs...Your menu looks good! Sorry it wasn't such a good week and glad it's better now.

I'm doing well, thank you, still in a constant state of hungry..lol

The weather is just a test in patience...and lots of us are failing...lol!
You know it will be warmer soon.

l .. cottage cheese (snack size) & 3 pieces of salami

Have not had a great week but that's how it goes <g>
Although Thursday & today have been better so we'll see.

Julie...Hope you get to see that golf course, sans snow, very soon! Today we'll walk the mall again and then go bday gifts shopping for my dd1 & dgd. That should be enough exercise for us for today.

I was craving fish, too, and have been eating tilapia for days. I buy large batches at Sams and cook them up all at once in the oven with spices. DH gets one full sized one then I eat the smaller half of each one for lunch and it's larger other half for dinner. Feeds me for several days with a quick warm up when I'm doing the weightloss thing.

Julie..get rid of the ice cream and I don't mean eat it all. ;)

Great day for you Donna!  Love that you are walking as well....  Good luck with the steak day!

I'm dreaming of warm days on the golf course but all I see is snow.......

So, Thursday didn't go so well here.  Maybe I needed one more day to get it all out of my system.  Feeling much more motivated today:)  craving fish for some reason??  I'm thinking tuna, haddock, and salmon.

Breakfast: Chia/hemp mixture.

Lunch: Fish sandwich, milkshake.

Dinner: Haddock, veggie stir fry.

Snacks: Turkey Jerky, more ice cream:(  and a couple pcs of dark choc.

Julie..Sometimes we just have to give in to our desires. You're right, tomorrow is a new day! You're doing great!

I'm staying strong..we walked the mall again today..very hungry....

Thursday....

B) cutie, 2 egg whites

L) tilapia, green beans

D) tilapia, broccoli

Snack) apple

I forgot I wanted to make this a steak day, will do that tomorrow.

As for me........  I went from not too bad to not so good at all:(  Oh, well.  New day to do better!  I did ride my bike inside 30 min....

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Chia/hemp mix.

Lunch: Big salad.

Dinner: Cold cereal, pc toast w/ pb & J, mini ice cream bar, small bowl of ice cream.

Snacks: Raw nuts, turkey jerky.
