Ouuu..spring begins this week!! Yay!!

So, what do your spring menus look like? :)

One more week Donna!  You can do it......Stay strong:) 

Monday: I kind of caved on the carbs.  Overall, not too bad though.  Dinner kind of saved me and I went for a nice walk in the sun since I won't be seeing it again for a while!  We are supposed to get over a foot of snow today into tomorrow:(  Things were just starting to dry up around here.....  grrrr.

Breakfast:  Shredded Wheat, pc toast w/ pb & J.

Lunch: 1/2 egg salad sandwich, popcorners, grapes.

Dinner: Salad, HM veggie/lentil soup.

Snacks: An orange.

I have never had so much trouble getting logged in here!! I had to log in about 15 times at least!! I'd like to kick some IV butts for doing this to our boards!!! Okay, let's see if I can get this posted now before it messes up again!! Grrrr!!!!

Hugs...Well, we all have those munchie days sometimes. Tomorrow will be better.

Monday....

L, D, S) mini steaks

This is it! The scale will tell tomorrow if I have to give eating up all together to reach goal by a week from tomorrow!!

My Monday ~

Well was not good ::sigh::
Lunch was 1/2 salami sandwich & dinner was a tuna sandwich but ..
I munched on junk/stuff during the day ..

Oh well a new day tomorrow ;)

Julie .. Sunday looks awesome & glad the scale was kind & am sure will be even better Tuesday,
Yikes Donna on getting to go out this weekend & not eat any of the fun stuff ::sigh::

Hugs..Darned IV is right!! Well, it was a good menu as usual though.

Julie..Yes, so nice when we're all on track together!! Congrats on that lb lost!! Your menu looks good and hopefully those bananas will help curb your want of more carbs without turning to sugar being that they are high carb fruits. Your menu looks good again!

Ackkk..you gals, I am wanting to eat SO BAD!!! I don't mean that I want to eat a lot and I don't mean I want to eat junk foods, I just want to eat foods that I really want and are still on a maintenance plan. Soon..working on that patience thing..lol!

We're going out to dinner Fri. & Sat. nights for family bday parties and I CAN'T EAT!! I'll be taking my own foods with me. Probably won't go to our favorite Chinese restaurant after church Sunday either. My March 26th deadline is creeping up on me fast!! I can do this, I will do this!!

Hi Donna and Hugs:  Looks like you two are doing well.  Imagine that, all of us on track at the same time!

Sunday:  Had another good day of healthy eating and exercise.  Struggled as usual with wanting more carbs....   I'm at 124 this morning.  Glad to be under 125; but, was hoping for 123.  Onward!

Breakfast: Sm Pc LO pizza(nephews), banana.

Lunch: Yogurt, an orange.

Dinner: Veggie burger, banana.

Snacks: Turkey jerky.

Kind of warm now but oh the rains ::sigh::

Hi gals!! Hugs, hope you've warmed up by now! I've had one of those can't get warm enough kind of days too. Since we got home after lunch out, I've had the heat up to 75º all day and dressed in tank top, tee shirt, sweatshirt and corduroy shirt jacket!! Feeling warm enough right now..lol!!

Mickey D's and fries? LOL! Bet it didn't make a bit of difference on the scale! You didn't eat much today, looks okay though.

Julie..Your menu looks great!! Good luck with that scale!

My Sunday..another good one....

L) 1/4 of dh's almond chicken dish, no rice, 2 plain mandu

D) tilapia, broccoli
