Hoping we all have a successful month of staying on track, drinking lots of water and continuing with our exercise!!

Weather will permit outside walking now too!! Yay!!

My Tuesday ~

Not great was frustrated ::sigh::

s .. tom juice w/ a pice of bacon & then some pretzel crisps
l .. lo Mexican soup
s .. oatmeal raisin cookie
d .. salad, 1 piece of chicken & rice

Hugs...Don't get frustrated, you'll get right back in the game again like you always do. You're good at this and your off days are only parts of days, not so bad and not often.

Julie...Your over indulgence in snacks looks like you were trying to satisfy yourself when what you really wanted was something sweet. Oh, how I do understand that!! Keep working at it, though, and you'll get there.

Tuesday....

Brunch) restaurant...egg substitute veggie omelet, fresh fruits, mini muli-grained pancakes with no butter and sugar free syrup

D) 2 veggie sausage patties in a gf wrap

Snack) gf toast with peanut butter, pecans, apple

I enjoyed my beloved peanut butter tonight for tomorrow morning the super duper take it to the heights very strict dieting begins again!! I have three more Tuesdays to get back to goal so I can be on stage at convention both as our chapter queen and as a KOPS graduate. I want this very badly!! With a goal like that, I will not screw this up!!

Hugs: Not too bad for you.

Donna: You are so right. I ate everything in sight to avoid the bad stuff! Guess that's not such a bad transition into getting back on track. You will make that goal and stay in KOPS. Hard work will prevail...

Much better day for my Tuesday: Still a little heavy. Hoping it will be even better today....

Breakfast: Yogurt, fruit.

Lunch: Veggie burger, an orange.

Dinner: Baked Beans, salad.

Snacks: Grapes, nuts, turkey jerky.

My Wednesday ~

s .. tom juice w/ black olives
l .. taco soup
s .. pretzel crisps but not too many
d .. out with friend .. small bowl of cream chicken w/ wild rice soup & small caesar's salad

I will be going to bed hungry ::sigh::

Julie..You avoided sugar. That's a big step in the right direction! Knew you could and would do it! Hope today was good too!

Hugs..This looks more like your kind of menu! You did well out with your friend too!

Wednesday....

Brunch)..Restaurant...2 eggs, bacon, dry toast, little bit of home fried potatoes

D) 4 egg whites, green beans

Snack) apple

Bacon and fried potatoes weren't the best choices, but it's been a good day and I am on my way to goal again!!

Oh, and about that bacon...it was sooooo GOOD...thick, long, crispy, smoky flavor and delicious!! :)

Going to bed really hungry tonight! :)

Donna and Hugs: You both did great on Wednesday!  Even with the bacon.....  At least two of us went to bed hungry:) 

I ate very healthy but I feel like it's still a bit on the heavy side.  I'm doing well avoiding breads, pasta, and any type of sweets.  My thought is that if I continue to eat healthy, the sugar cravings will go away and then I'll be able to eat less......

Breakfast: Fruit, yogurt.

Lunch: Spinach salad, cup of chili.

Dinner: Big salad, bowl of HM split pea soup.

Snacks: Turkey Jerky, grapes.
