Hoping we all have a successful month of staying on track, drinking lots of water and continuing with our exercise!!

Weather will permit outside walking now too!! Yay!!

My Thursday ~

Awful just awful & I feel so full right now ::sigh::

s .. tomato juice w/ a cookie
l .. bologna sanwich
s .. pretzel crisps
d .. 3 small frozen egg rolls w/ 2 more cookies (they are gone)

Julie..You are right, if you keep avoiding carbs, the cravings will go away. Then you can have one once in awhile and not feel like you want more and more. You're doing great!

Hugs..Awww..sorry you were feeling full. Not a good feeling for sure. Tomorrow's another day, though, and the cookies are gone! :)

Thursday....

B) Cutie, 2 egg whites

L) 2 egg whites, apple

D) shrimp, cabbage

Snack) apple

Oh, yea, I'm on a roll now!! Come on goal, get here!! Soon!!

Sorry about the bad day Hugs.  Thankfully, you don't have those often.  Cookies are gone, yay!

Donna:  Great day for you!!  Keep that up and you will be at that goal in no time........

Thursday:  Finally, the hard work pays off.  I continued to eat really healthy but much lighter.  Actually went to bed a bit hungry for the first time in a while.  Felt SOOOO  good:)  Also, got lots of exercise!  And, no pain this morning, hmmmmm..  That's something to take note of for sure!

Breakfast:  Yogurt, fruit.

Lunch: Big healthy salad.

Dinner: Bowl of split pea soup.

Snacks: Turkey Jerky, grapes.

Just realized that lunch and dinner is what I had for dinner Wednesday night; so, I really did do MUCH better!  I'll try that again today........

Friday ~

l .. lo taco soup (all gone)
s .. 1/2 bologna sandwich w/ a few pretzel crips
d .. last 3 of those spring rolls

Definitely going to bed hungry ..

Yes, eating right does pay off. Funny how that happens! lol! I mean, we know it, but don't always do it.
Wonderful on no pain!!

Hugs..Good on doing better, knew you would!! Menu looks good!

I did well again today too, no stopping me now!! :)

Friday..okay, this is a boring menu..but it works for me when I want to take a big jump forward or get out of a stall....

Brunch) apple, wee bit of lean steak

D) little bit more steak

Snack) wee bit of steak

That's it for today!! Going to bed hungry again..Yay!! Laughing

Wow!  We are all on track.....at the same time!  Nice job ladies!

My Friday:  About the same as Thursday, maybe a little more....  I struggled.  Really started to crave carbs!  I resisted for the most part.  I did eat a small bit of pasta.  No sugar though, yay!!  I so wanted to dive into the ice cream.......  Will step on scales after the weekend for the first time in a while.  I don't feel like I've lost weight; but, I feel good!  And, I know I haven't gained..... We'll see.

Breakfast: Yogurt, banana.

Lunch:  Big salad.

Dinner: Sm bit pea soup, sm portion of a pasta dish I made.

Snacks: Pork Jerky, grapes.
