Hoping we all have a successful month of staying on track, drinking lots of water and continuing with our exercise!!

Weather will permit outside walking now too!! Yay!!

Julie..Those darned carbs, they're such a magnet!! Good you resisted sugar though. Hope the scale surprises you with a loss!!

Hugs..Not the most healthy menu, but calorie wise you're probably okay.

I'm still on track and going strong....

B) Cutie, 2 egg whites

L) 3 egg whites, cabbage

D) 4 egg whites, cabbage

Snack) apple

We went to my dgs's 13th bday party tonight. I wanted that homemade bday cake and that ice cream so bad!!! I didn't even take a taste though. Ohhhhh..the sacrifice!! My lips were sealed from food!! Sealed

Going to bed hungry again! :)

Thank you!   Yes, only a small bit of pasta w/ the pea soup.  Smaller portion of pea soup as well.....

Hugs: Not too bad.  Sometimes when I'm tired I eat more.  You did well.....

Donna:  Way to go!  Awesome weight loss menu and NO CAKE and ICE CREAM???  You Rock!! 

I had possibly my best day all week and most tempting!  Not sure what it was with the whoopie pies but I didn't have any!  Very happy this morning that I stuck to my plan:)  And, got lots of exercise:)

Breakfast: Hard Boiled egg, fruit.

Lunch: Two hard boiled eggs, banana, yogurt. (brought my own lunch to a hot dog social w/ whoopie pies!)

Dinner: Small portions-baked beans, cottage cheese, apple sauce.(Dinner w/ extended family and great cook!  She made the most delicious looking whoopie pies.  Wasn't even hard to say "no thank you".)  PROGRESS!!!!!!!!

Snacks: NONE!!  Went to bed just a bit hungry....

One more day to be ultra good before stepping on the scales.  Then continue as the work is never done!  I am hoping that I've lost at least a couple pounds this week.  If not, well, I'll make more adjustments.  Until then, I'm so happy that I've been sugar free for about a week now!!

Am sure the scales will be kind to you!
