Monday ~

s .. tom juice w/ black olives
l .. beer chees soup ( all gone)
s .. 1/2 chicken meat sandwich
d .. 1 piece of ham, smig of rice & salad

Hugs..Looks good. When I start eating bread again, I'll have to follow your ½ sandwich example!

My Monday menu is extra boring....

B) apple

L) D) Snack) little mini steaks

Had to make up for those desserts yesterday! Embarassed

Going to bed very hungry right now!

Hugs and Donna:  You both had great Mondays! 

Everything is good here.  Been very busy, which is always a good thing......  Eating healthy and exercising.  Scales are fairly happy this morning at 126.  I would rather be 120; but.........

Monday: 

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ berries.

Lunch: Two eggs one pc toast.

Dinner: Boiled chicken, veggies, sm bit of pasta.

Snacks: Grapes, nuts.

Not feeling great so going to make this an all in one <g>
Looks like you both did well.
Donna that half sandwich doesn't always work, LOL

Hugs..You're not feeling well! That's not good! Hope you feel lots better tomorrow. Sleep well. Your menu looks a bit skimky, but understandable when not feeling well.

Julie..Your menu looks really good! Good on the exercise & healthy eating too!

Be sure and email Hugs, important.

I did okay....

Tuesday....

B) apple, 2 egg whites

L) peanut butter

D) steak, mushrooms, spinach

Snack) peanut butter, ½ banana

That's it for the pb for a few days as we're heading out of town and I'm not taking my pb with me!! Maybe that'll make me detox from pb!! lol

Donna:  You did well, even with the PB...  So, no weigh-in for you last night?

Tuesday:  Good day..

Breakfast: Yogurt, fruit.

Lunch: Toast w/ two eggs.

Dinner: Small pc HM meatloaf, bit of pasta, watermelon.

Sacks: Nuts/seeds, grapes.

Julie..Really good menu for you!!

No, I chose not to weigh in last night. I'm so close to the top of my leeway that I was afraid their scale would weigh heavy and put me over. I didn't want to take a chance on going to SRD with that in mind or it would make me feel bad. So, I'm taking my scale with me plus my eggs (of course..lol) and apples. I'm hoping I can get maybe some oil free chicken there or at least a salad with a teeny tiny bit of dressing. I want to lose a couple more pounds while gone so I'll have a good weigh in next Tuesday night. We return Sunday early evening and that doesn't give me much time to lose before Tues. night. All the walking around the hotel will be good for me too. I hope I can get enough water in.

Hugs..So glad you're feeling better!! Hope you at least lost a lb from this bug!! The rewards of being sick..lol

I'm not even missing my beloved pb!! So hope these few days will help me break that darned habit!!

Donna and Hugs:  Great day for both of you...

Good maintaining day here.

Breakfast: Toast w/ egg and hot sauce.

Lunch: Egg salad sandwich, pickle.

Dinner: HM meatloaf, bit of pasta, veggies.

Snacks: An orange, banana, nuts.
